Payments are processed securely by Bachs (card, bank transfer and other local methods). If a payment failed, wait 5 minutes and check My orders - if you were debited but the order still says pending, open a support ticket with your order number and we'll fix it quickly.

Delivery inside Benin City usually takes 1-2 days. Fees depend on your area and are free above the free-delivery threshold. You can follow your order's timeline under My orders > Track. A 4-digit delivery code is shown there - give it to the rider only when you receive your items.

Open My orders, choose the item and tap 'Return / refund'. Our team reviews every request; approved refunds go to your LAS Market wallet instantly.

When you book a worker, your payment is held in escrow by LAS Market. It is released to the worker only after you confirm the job is done (or automatically a few days after the worker marks it finished). If something is wrong, open a dispute and support will step in.

For your safety all communication goes through LAS Market. Phone numbers, WhatsApp links and emails are hidden. Use Support tickets and we'll relay.

Enter your coupon code on the checkout page. Coupons may have a minimum order or an expiry date. Check Flash Sales for time-limited deals.

Your wallet holds refunds and cashback and can be used at checkout. You earn loyalty points on delivered orders and referral rewards when friends complete their first order.

Register as a seller, upload your ID (and CAC if you have one), and our team approves you. We charge a commission per category (lower on paid plans). Earnings become available after delivery and you can request a payout from your wallet.

Some items are sourced by LAS Market from trusted partners. After you pay we buy the item and share its tracking in your order timeline.

If you are locked out, contact support (Help page) and we will verify and reset your account. Never share your password or delivery code with anyone.
